Atย Metro Mobility, we are committed to providing reliable independence. Every product is engineered to the highest standards, and we back that quality with a comprehensive limited warranty designed to give you peace of mind.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

2. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To ensure the longevity of your mobility device, please note that the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

Wear and Tear: Tires, tubes, upholstery, armrest pads, and motor brushes.

Maintenance Neglect: Damage caused by battery deep-discharge (failure to charge regularly) or storage in extreme temperatures.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair or modification performed by non-authorized technicians.

Environmental Damage: Corrosion caused by salt air, moisture, or chemical spills.

Accidents/Misuse: Impact damage, overloading the weight capacity, or commercial use (rentals).
3. Shipping & Service Costs

Within 30 Days of Purchase: Metro Mobility will cover the cost of replacement parts and standard shipping for verified defects.

After 30 Days: Replacement parts remain free under the warranty period, but the customer is responsible for shipping, handling, and any local labor costs associated with the repair.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
We aim to resolve issues quickly. Please follow this protocol to ensure a smooth claim process:

Locate Serial Number: Found on the frame of your scooter or power chair.

Contact Support: Email support@metromobility.com with your Order ID, Serial Number, and a brief description of the issue.

Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or a 10-second video of the malfunction.

Technical Review: Our US-based technical team will diagnose the issue within 1โ2 business days and ship the necessary parts or provide further instructions.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Metro Mobility shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or personal property damage.
Consumer Notice: Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
