Nice scooter for the money

There should be a way to turn off the back up beeper. There is no way to put a basket on the back. Otherwise really liking it.

Control Panel won't work and no customer service access.

Received the Max Plus mobility scooter (green) two days ago and charged the battery one day, and this morning assembled and put charged batter in scooter. The scooter will go back and forward, but nothing else on the control panel functions. The batter charge indicator, the headlight and the horn will not work, nor does the phone charger. Tried to contact Metro Mobility and neither number nor chat request are working, on a weekday during specified business hours. I remove the control panel to check for loose wires or connections per Amazon instructions for troubleshooting. There appeared to be no such loose items. I have to return the scooter, and because I am disabled, I had to cut off the end of the big box, to get the scooter out of the box; so can't really use original packaging to return. They are also telling me that I cannot reorder the same item because it is out of stock. if this gets satisfactorily resolved, I'll ammend my review.

Absolutely Love My Metro Mobility MAX PLUS!

I couldn’t be happier with the MAX PLUS! This scooter is thoughtfully designed and packed with features that make a real difference in daily use.
