Our scooters are all classified as class 2 mobility scooters. They can only be driven on paved surfaces. As a result, you will not require a driver's license, insurance, or road tax. Green mobility scooters are allowed on public sidewalks. However, insurance is strongly advised for your own protection.

Yes, you can ride your scooter in the rain. Stay at home if it is snowing or icy! Keep in mind that ice, snow, and slippery surfaces such as manhole covers, wet grass, and drains can have an impact on braking and steering. Always exercise extreme caution. We do recommend that you try to avoid heavy downpours as this can cause water damage to the scooter; if you do get caught in the rain, we highly recommend that you thoroughly dry the scooter when you get home.

Your Scooter will arrive Pre-Assembled. You will only have to connect the batteries and pop the seat. It’s tool free.

Yes, the scooter can be pushed to move.

Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours.

If you want to file a warranty claim for the batteries, you must have a valid load test reading showing that the batteries are faulty.

The following is our return policy:

If you need to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. 

If the return is due to quality issues, we will pay the return shipping cost after consulting with our technicians. 

If the return is not due to a defect in the product, the client will be charged for shipping as well as a 4% 

credit processing fee.

The item must be brand new, with all parts and accessories, and no damage, scratches, or flaws.
MetroMobility must be contacted within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

Once our team has received the RA, you will be given instructions on how and where to return the scooter. You can expect a refund within 5-7 days after receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
