BATTERY PACK

I received excellent service, I got my new battery in just a few days. And now I'm back on the go again.

It's a quite-different shape from the original so it didn't really fit right, but it's IN and it works fine. I'm mobile again!
My best comment is about the support I get from your service people, especially Mike Lee. He helped me two years ago again in this situation.

I contacted Metro mobility because we were having issues with the batteries. The batteries were not faulty. It was due to us overcharging them. Mike from the
support team was excellent customer service top-
notch I sent multiple emails with multiple questions and response was very quick and very informative. excellent company and I’m glad we chose them to get a mobility scooter for my dad
